Deela is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you are under 17, do not use Deela.

You can turn off location permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information
Deela may allow you to upload or select photos/images to generate content.
- We do not perform face recognition.
- We do not create or store biometric templates (such as faceprints) or use biometric identification.
- Images used for generation are processed one-time and then deleted from our servers after generation is complete, unless required to fulfill your request or required by law.
- By default, generated images are stored locally on your device.
- We do not use your photos/images for training for marketing purposes or for advertising targeting.
Note: Device, OS, caching, and backup settings may affect how local files are stored or backed up.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Services (including account, login, and AI image generation)
- Personalize your experience (remember preferences)
- Improve and develop the Services (analytics, performance, debugging)

- Customer support

We do not sell your personal information.
