1. The Service
Deela brings novel characters to life through AI-generated images. You enter a text description of a character, and Deela
creates a visual representation that matches the personality, appearance, and atmosphere you imagine. The Services may also
support optional location features if you allow location access.
The Services may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Services in
whole or in part.
2. Eligibility and Account
- Age: You must be at least 17 years old.
- Registration: You may need an account and must provide accurate information (name, username, email).
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account.
- Deletion: You may request deletion by emailing trinhthivin7812@outlook.com.
3. User Content and Inputs
"User Content" includes text prompts, descriptions, photos/images you upload or select, and other content you submit.
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the licenses you grant below.
You grant Deela Team a limited license to process your User Content solely to operate, secure, support, and provide the Services.
Prohibited content includes illegal content, infringing content, abusive content, malware, and attempts to misuse or circumvent the Services.
4. AI-Generated Outputs
- Outputs may be unique or similar to content generated for others.
- No guarantees: Outputs may be inaccurate or not meet expectations.
- Your responsibility: You are responsible for how you use Outputs and must not use them to violate law or rights.
5. Photos, Face Data, and Biometrics
Deela does not perform face recognition and does not use biometric identification. Image handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Location Permissions (Optional)
If you grant location permission, the App may access precise or approximate location to support relevant features. You can disable location in device settings.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to interfere with the Services, gain unauthorized access, scrape data improperly, overload the Services with bots, or circumvent security or usage limits.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services are owned by Deela Team or licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly permitted.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may include third-party services or links. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store, the following also apply:
- These Terms are between you and Deela Team, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
- Deela Team (not Apple) is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims.
- For third-party intellectual property infringement claims relating to the App, Deela Team (not Apple) is responsible to the extent required by these Terms and applicable law.
- Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
10. Fees and Payments (If Applicable)
Some features may be offered for a fee now or in the future. Purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system are processed by Apple, and we do not receive your full payment card details.
11. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEELA TEAM IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deela Team for claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Deela Team’s principal place of business, except where prohibited by applicable law.
16. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis where permitted by law.
- Exceptions: IP injunctions/equitable relief and eligible small claims matters.
- Class action waiver: disputes must be brought individually to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you agree to the processing described in the Privacy Policy.
